LAE Dance school night two

Yesterday evening Dalaradia/RATH held our last bullying awareness session at the Whitehouse with the young girls of L-A E School Of Dance based within the estate.
Bullying is defined as a means to have power over another and it takes many forms: physical, verbal, and indirect such as gossip and isolation. Having a better understanding of bullying can help us identify children who need help – whether they are the one being bullied or doing the bullying. By taking action, we can prevent both short-term and long-term negative outcomes.
We even got to celebrate young Zuzanna’s birthday πŸŽ‚Afterward the girls (and some parents πŸ˜…) were treated to a makeup masterclass, something they picked themselves πŸ’„πŸ‘©β€πŸŽ¨
A huge thank you to ThriveNewtownabbey for making this possible. Many thanks to Joan and Kelly at Alternatives and local make up artist Evan Mulligan Makeup&HD Brow Artist.
We can’t change the world, but we would love to spark the brain that does.
